Pool Safety Inspection Brisbane

We are here to help with your pool safety inspection in Brisbane carried out by our QBCC licensed pool safety inspectors. The Queensland Government has introduced new pool safety laws and regulations . This aims to reduce the incidences of drowning and injuries of children in swimming pools. The new provisions require a property with a swimming pool to have a certificate of compliance or non-compliance before it can be sold or to have a certificate of compliance prior to be leased.

We provide you with over the phone free consultation prior to attending the site for inspection. Our inspectors then visit your site for an inspection and Pool Safety certificate (form 23) is issued if your pool is compliant. In case of Non-compliance, a non-conformity notice (Form 26) will be issued advising how the pool doesn’t comply and what is needed to be done to make it comply.

We are licensed to carry out certain minor repairs. If not, we will work closely with your contractor to provide advice for your compliance needs. Contact us today to book your Brisbane pool safety inspection.
